Directions:

Add 1 Scoop (13g) to 200ml of cold water and mix well. Consume 20 minutes pre-workout.

Great For Gym Workouts

This is such an iconic product. I remember when big Ronnie Coleman used to push it in the 2000s. Its still pretty great to be fair. Very good for using before gym workouts. I always have a good session when using it and good muscle pumps. I dont recommend it quite as much for more endurance based events. For instance I've used it before running races and it gives me far less of an energy boost than some more modern products like ABE. The flavours, for me, arent as good as they used to be either and are quite vague (what flavours are purple, red and green even meant to be!?). However, I do still recommend it for your weight training workouts and its one of the few products that seems to have gotten cheaper over the years. I used to pay £40 for this and now even the large size is under £30. Inflation - what inflation?
