We're pleased to announce the launch of our new The Supplement Store Rewards Scheme. We want to be your go-to place for the supplements we stock so you can now earn reward points to use towards future orders.
How Does It Work?
For all orders and for certain other actions, you earn reward points. These points can then be stored up and cashed in for discount vouchers to use on our store.
How Do I Earn Rewards?
- You earn 1 point for each £1 spent with us
- You earn 100 points for referring a friend who then places an order
- You earn 5 points just for opening an account
- If you subscribe to our newsletter you earn 10 points
- On your birthday, if provided, we will send you 20 points
- If you leave a review you will earn 10 points
- If you follow us on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter you will earn 10 points
What are the VIP/Membership Tiers?
- Bronze Member: This is your entry level and you earn points at the regular rate
- Silver Member: After earning 250 points, you become a Silver member and earn at 1.1 times the regular rate (1.1 points per £1)
- Gold Member: After earning 500 points, you become a Gold member and earn at 1.2 times the regular rate (1.2 points per £1)
Silver and Gold members may also receive exclusive promotions and gifts at a later date.
How Do I Access The Reward Scheme?
There are two ways:

Once logged in here you can perform many of the functions to earn points such as following us on social media. You can also redeem your points for vouchers, view your points balance, and check your VIP tier.

How Does The Referral Scheme Work?
Just click the orange rewards widget in the bottom left corner of the site again, then click the 'Referral Program' button and follow the instructions. You will be shown your own special link that you can share with friends, family, followers, etc:

If someone you refer places an order they will get a 10% discount and you will receive 100 points.
How Much Are The Points Worth?
You can redeem every 100 points for a £5 voucher or 200 points for a £10 voucher.
How Do I Redeem My Points?
Through either the widget or the rewards page, once you have the required number of points just click the button to redeem your points and then select your voucher. In future we may also add the option of redeeming directly for products instead of a cash voucher. When a cash voucher is redeemed you will receive the discount code and it will be saved on your account via the widget for you to redeem either right away or in future.
