Directions: Mix 1 level scoop into 8-12 oz of water and drink 15-30 minutes prior to intense physical activity.

EACH SERVING CONTAINS 400mg OF CAFFEINE. START WITH 1/2 SCOOP TO BUILD TOLERANCE. DO NOT EXCEED 1 SCOOP IN A 24-HOUR PERIOD. DO NOT CONSUME CAFFEINE FROM OTHER SOURCES WHILE TAKING THIS SUPPLEMENT.
